What Inspired You to Enter the Cannabis Industry? 

Power’s story with cannabis goes back to her roots in Israel, where the healing potential of the plant has been recognized and researched since the 1960’s. Growing up in a place where medical cannabis was not only accepted but actively studied, Power had a front-row seat to the powerful benefits cannabis could offer. 

“I understood the plant’s healing potential from an early age,” says Power. “So, when medical cannabis became a business opportunity in Arizona, I knew I had to be part of this transformative industry.” 

It wasn’t just the business side of things that called to her, but the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives. “What sets my journey apart? Staying true to my purpose—serving the community, building a dedicated team, and focusing on what matters,” she shares. “It’s all about tuning out the noise and trusting in our vision. When you remain authentic and committed, success follows.”

• Chocolate Chip Cookies – But not just any cookies! Power loves chunky, chewy chocolate chip cookies—like the ones from Lavine Bakery. “They’re my ultimate sweet indulgence.” 

• Babka – A close second to cookies is babka, a sweet and rich pastry that’s near and dear to her heart. 

Favorite Things to Cook or Bake: 

• Challah – Baking challah is a Friday tradition for Power. It’s a way to connect with her roots and start the weekend with something homemade and heartfelt. 

• Recipes Influenced by Her Mom – Most of her recipes are influenced by her mom, with plenty of Indian and Thai inspiration. “The ingredients and flavors just bring back many memories,” she says.
