On May 19, we’ll pull ONE winning ticket. You’ll be contacted at the phone number you write on the back of your ticket.
I’m a winner! How do I claim my prize pack?
You’ll claim your prize in installments based on state regulations dictating how much cannabis one is permitted to purchase during a given time period. Don’t worry! You’ll have until June 30, 2025, to collect all your winnings.
Important things you should know before participating
By participating in this raffle, you agree to these terms and conditions. No purchase of cannabis products is necessary to participate. Participants must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid government-issued photo ID. Participants must also comply with state regulations.
A donation is required to receive a raffle ticket. Donations can only be made in-store. Each ticket represents one entry into the raffle. The raffle drawing will occur on May 18, 2025. One winning ticket will be drawn at random. The winner will be contacted at the phone number written on the back of their ticket. It is the participant’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information.
The prize will be distributed in accordance with Arizona cannabis regulations. Winners may only claim their prize in increments that do not exceed the legal purchase limits for cannabis. Winners must claim their prize in full by June 30, 2025. Unclaimed portions of the prize after this date will be forfeited. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other items.
All participants and prize claims must comply with Arizona state cannabis laws, including but not limited to purchasing, possession, and transportation limits. All donations collected will benefit Chrysalis. Donations are non-refundable.
The dispensary reserves the right to disqualify participants if fraudulent or inappropriate behavior is suspected. The dispensary is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, or for incorrect or incomplete information provided by participants. The dispensary reserves the right to modify or cancel this raffle at any time in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
